Erim has been sharing her story on social media for over 7 years, growing a dedicated following worldwide. She is the largest female Sikh Influencer in the UK and has developed a close relationship with her followers, after finding the sisterhood she needed when her mum died when she was 8 years old.

As a successful Entrepreneur and founder of luxury hair and beard care brand ByErim, she shares her journey both online and as a professional speaker at many high profile events. After winning Natwest x Telegraphs ‘Female Entrepreneur of the year’ award in 2023, she was then selected as part of a cohort to complete a mini MBA with Goldman Sachs at Oxford University.

Erim is based between London and Dubai, and is skilled across many disciplines, including content creation, brand ambassadorship, public speaking and modelling.
