Charlotte, aka ‘The Fluffy Ceo’ is the founder of Loved Before, a successful pre-owned toy business. When she discovered just how many stuffed animals are going to landfill she built the business from the ground up to reshape the toy industry.

Since starting, they have rescued well over 50,000 toys from the fate of landfill, building their own high-demand online store, launching our pioneering products in some of the world’s biggest stores including Selfridges and Bloomingdale’s (amongst many others), have built a community of over 390K followers and supported many charities including the fantastic Make-A-Wish UK.

Alongside the business, she is growing her personal profile as 'The Fluffy CEO', a leading next generation entrepreneur, advocating for the environment, female-led and 'small businesses'. Her goal is to become a leading entrepreneur of this generation, leading the conversation in her space and beyond and inspiring others (particularly young women!) to be the change they want to see in the world.
